Tuition $220.00/week (5 or 4 full days - center hours are 7 a.m. - 6 p.m.) $160.00/week (3 days M-W-F)* *part time openings are limited $ 115.00/week (2 days T-TH)*

Tuition and fees effective July 1, 2010 Parents will be given one month's written notice of any changes in fees.

Payments: All payments are to be made by check, travelers' check, or money order, payable to Hilltop Child Care Center, Inc. NO CASH PAYMENTS WILL BE ACCEPTED.
Registration Fees: Registration fees are Non-refundable. If you register and choose to cancel your child's registration, we require a minimum of two weeks' advance written notice; otherwise, tuition fees will also be charged.
Supply Fee: The supply fee is due with the first week's tuition.
Family Discount: First tuition is full price. Tuition for other children is discounted by 10%.
Tuition Payments: The first week's tuition payment and the annual supply fee are to be paid one week prior to your child's start date. (One week's tuition is paid in advance.) Thereafter, tuition is due and payable weekly on Mondays.
Late Payment Fee: Parents have a 5-day grace period (until Friday or the following Monday at which time two payments will be due) before an additional fee of $10.00 is required.
Late Pick Up Fee: There is a $10.00 late charge for each additional 15 minutes or part thereof, per child, after 6:00 P.M. This late fee is added to the following week's tuition charge.
Withdrawal: In the event that you voluntarily withdraw your child from the Center, a minimum of two week's written notice is required and tuition is to be paid through those two weeks. Any unpaid charges due the center must be paid by the last day of his/her attendance in order to have records released.
Vacation: Parents may elect to have their child take two weeks off during the year and pay half the tuition.
Illness, Absence, Inclement Weather: There is no reduction in tuition due to illness, absence or inclement weather.
Returned Check: A $25.00 fee is charged for each returned check.
